We are so excited you are looking into carrying our brand! We know that you’re ready to get started, but for quick account approval and order processing please read and familiarize yourself with our wholesale policies below.
WHOLESALE ORDERING WITH OREZ®
To place an order, view wholesale pricing, or access our online catalog, you must first be a registered and approved retailer. If you’re not registered and would like to be, please see directions below. Please note in order to be approved you must have a Employer Identification Number (EIN), a unique nine-digit number assigned by the Internal Revenue Service to business entities operating in the United States, a working URL for your store or you may send us photos of your storefront for consideration to email@example.com.
Online retailers carrying Orez® products are required to include the Orez® name in the product title or in the product description. Once you are approved as an online retailer, you may only sell on the URL that is submitted and approved through your wholesale application. Accounts may not utilize national/global selling platforms, including but not limited to Amazon.com, Ebay.com, ETSY, JET, Shoptique, etc. Failure to comply will result in your wholesale status being revoked.
All Orez® products being sold online must state: “created by Orez®”.
Register FOR AN ONLINE WHOLESALE ACCOUNT
You can apply for a wholesale account with Orez® (and receive access to our current catalog) by filling out the form here. After completing the form, you will be notified in 1-3 business days with the status of your account application. If approved as a ‘wholesale buyer’, you will be sent a password that allows you to begin shopping wholesale through our site.
Please be mindful of our minimum quantity requirements when ordering, which can be found below.

Orders ship approximately 2-4 weeks from order date. We aim to get orders out as fast as we can but we are small company using local production and artisans to hand craft many of our products. All orders ship vis UPS, USPS. or FEDEX. Please contact us at email@example.com for specific lead times.
Also, please contact us if you would like to request special shipping terms, times, or if you have a UPS or FEDEX account number you would like us to use. If you need items quickly, please send a note. If we can accommodate you, we will let you know.
A $5.00 handling fee is applied to all shipments.
Payment for orders are required prior to shipping, by bank check, bank transfer or credit or debit card. Orders paid by bank check will only ship once the check is cleared. Shipping payment will be calculated post-purchase as we strive to provide the best pricing and most accurate rates we can find.
There is a 3% convenience fee added on orders paid by credit or debit card.
If paying by ACH Bank Transfer (foreign or domestic), there is $15.00 fee added to your order to offset bank charges.
If paying by Bank Check, Venmo or Chase Zelle QuickPay, there is not a surcharge of any kind added to your order.
Our company is committed to sustainability. We use recycled, recyclable, compostable, and/or renewable eco-friendly packaging when available. Wholesale orders are packaged in as few boxes as possible. We also package smaller products inside larger products when we can. All items are retail ready and have labeling and packaging to clearly identify the product.
All Orez® products must be sold in their original packaging.

We do not typically do backorders. If an item is out of stock we will remove the item from your order and make a note on the invoice. In the rare occasion we put an item in your order on backorder, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated.
We ask all changes to your order be submitted by email to email@example.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Any returns to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a 20% restocking fee for the items restocked. If a restocking fee is issued, it will be deducted from the adjusted order total.
Merchandise that has been mistakenly shipped must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving the shipment.
Returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of notifying us by email.
All merchandise must be returned unopened and in its original packaging. We will not accept returned products that have already been marked or labeled.
If you would like to use Orez® product photography to market Orez® products you must be an approved Orez® retailer. If you are an approved retailer please email email@example.com to request permission to access our product and lifestyle images. When using our images on a website or printed publication, approval by an Orez® account executive must be given in email or writing after the request.
Please note, the product and lifestyle images Orez® sends can only specifically be used to market Orez® products. Images cannot be used on your website as banner images unless our product is named and featured alongside the lifestyle image. Products being sold online must state: “created by Orez®”.
